Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Progressive Engineering through this website. Please check the product description, vehicle fitment, price and delivery details before placing an order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected items. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. If you have paid for an item we cannot supply, we will arrange a refund for that item. The total payable amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Product information and fitment

Products may have vehicle-specific fitment requirements. Please review the product listing and contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a part suits your vehicle or intended use.

Custom fabrication and quotes

Custom fabrication requests are assessed individually. The scope, price and any agreed timeframe will be confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Changes requested after a quote is accepted may require an updated quote.

Delivery

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout or confirmed in a written quote. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please contact us if you need an update on an order.

Returns and consumer rights

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under that law. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, email us with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange the remedy required by law. For other return requests, please contact us before sending an item back.
